Welcome to the desert for a Starhenge experience with Don Conreaux, Yaelle Shaphir, Alessandra Montana, myself, and other sound healers ~ an all-night gong puja & cacao ceremony under the stars! We will be journeying amidst the stone rings of symbols - resonating with the gongs, musical instruments, and nature in and around the garden.
Mother's Garden - California's first Starhenge - is a place for ceremonial performance art and community healing - to gather, dream, share, and celebrate together. Inspired by Don Conreaux’s Starhenge Design Science, it is comprised of painted stone circles representing various calendar and divination systems from around the planet. The idea is to harmonize humanity's diverse perspectives into a unified whole - seeking to honor and understand one another through dialogue, and to practice a vision of planetary peace inspired by Robert Muller:
“The first 24-hour day of world peace will come when people around the world will gather together in circles, hold hands and give thanks for life and breath, while listening to all the gongs and bells of peace ring together around our planet earth.” ~ R. Muller
The garden is a living, breathing organism. Much like our bodies, it is connected to the surrounding environment and sensitive to shifts in the elements. Sound, of course, is an element central to the garden's vitality. Gongs especially get the energetic wheels spinning inside and out, as they radiate "holistic resonance" from each of the eight gates.
We are looking forward to creating a powerful collective sound ceremony to honor the Mother, the land, and with the Moon in Pisces bringing a celestial shift, and impacting zodiac signs with emotional intensity and spiritual growth, we invite individuals are called to focus on self-care, nurture relationships and embrace personal evolution, for a harmonious journey....
*** While all are welcome to come and simply receive, we're also inviting sound healers and musicians who would like to experience what it is like to co-create an overnight journey with an ensemble of players. For those interested in sharing your sound magic and playing in the puja, there will be an optional mini-intensive/noon potluck in support of evolving/ fine tuning the puja. Topics will include ceremonial performance art & gong playing by the numbers. These are great opportunities to up-level your gong playing skills and to learn new ways of applying them in synergy with others. (You are also welcome to arrive at 6pm and play in the overnight).
